It is difficult these days to feel thankful for much, times are hard but we must remind ourselves of the things even the small ones that we have been blessed with. I am thankful for my all of my dear friends who without them I would be lost. I am also thankful for my loyal clients, most of which have become good friends. Take a minute and remind yourself what you have been blessed with.

 We are also so thankful there are still originators out there that understand they need to be out in the field nurturing past, present and future clients not in the depths of processing their own loans. I want to send a big THANK YOU to my existing clients who are loyal and trust our services.

We are watching the legislature and know that our industry is changing almost daily but there are still borrowers out there that need financing and now is a great time to buy for investors. Don't give up. Remember the cream will rise to the top.
