Tom, I wanted to take a minute to tell you how nice it has been working with Nicole Roth.Even though my loan was not approved by your lenders, I have no bad thoughts associated with Anthem, and she was the voice of Anthem for me. Nicole did an excellent job on my application and was always very quick with her responses to questions. I found her to be always courteous and helpful and has a great sense of humor. She seems to go the extra mile to connect with her clients on your behalf, even when I'm sure she's covered up with work as all you mortgage folks are these days. It has been a pleasure working with her and consider her a real gem. As a long-time business owner, I know a good worker when I meet one.
