Hello Friends,
Well, the snow is falling! Both literally and figuratively in our business.
Wow, what a crazy time to be in this industry! I hope you are all doing well in this volatile, crazy market. As scary as it has been we are still here to help with your pipeline and relieve all of you processing stress. TMS is dedicated now, more than ever to provide strength to your business in this time when it seems our industry is being attacked from every angle.
Those of us who are passionate about what we do need to be strong and strive more than ever to grow our pipelines and close more loans. I am fired up every time I hear one of my clients or a fellow mortgage professional has taken the steps necessary now to become a licensed mortgage broker. As you may or may not know contract processors and underwriters are required to be licensed as a Mortgage Originator.
I am happy to report I have passed both tests and completed both the NMLS requirements as well as DORA. I am fully approved and licensed in Colorado and Illinoise. All of our processors are also fully licensed.
Good processors are hard to find now so we are here whether you need one file processed or 20. Each file and each client is treated with the same respect no matter what their volume is.
