Triad Mortgage Services was established in 2002 by Nicole and Steven Roth in Colorado. Nicole started in the mortgage industry in 1996 and has processed, originated, underwritten, closed for a title company as well as many other responsibilities. In 2002 Nicole was a processing manager and part owner of a major mortgage broker company and after much deliberation decided to become an independent contractor at the solicitation of many mortgage brokers that were disillusioned by their in house processing staff.
After an amicable split with that mortgage broker Triad acquired immediate contract processing business and has been going strong ever since. We have been a mostly referral based contract processing company since the very beginning and appreciate our long term brokers and loan officers that have trusted Triad through thick and thin.
All of our processors are fully Licensed, bonded and insured and each has over 16 years of individual experience. We are also pleased to announce that we have teamed with Prince Mortgage Processing and it's owner Beth Ann Prince. Beth Ann has over 20 years of mortgage industry experience and has strong relationships with lenders, title companies as well as Brokers. Beth Ann has extensive underwriting experience as well as experience in all areas of the mortgage industry.
Triad received the prestigious honor of being awarded the "Top 25 Mortgage Processors" in 2009 with the National Association of Mortgage Processors among other Better Business Bureau awards.
